| NJHS held a collection this month for the Ronald McDonald House in Oak Lawn.Thank you to our amazing St. Linus School families for helping others in need this holiday season!
 
 Our primary students dazzled us with their amazingsinging and dancing talents this Christmas Season.
 Here are some of the 2nd Graders showing off their musical skills with
 “Dancing on the Rooftop” All the students were spectacular!
 
 Our Daisies have had many wonderful adventuresand done some great work in the community.
 The girls made Christmas Cards for the Seniors 
                    at Sunrise Senior Living Center.
 We are so 
                    proud of our girls and their leaders.
 
 At 10 am Mass  our students in winter sports and on the scouts,Brownies and Daisies received a blessing from Fr. Ryan after Mass.
 
 Our Kindergarten and 1st Grade Students went to theBeverly Art Center  to see the Mrs. Claus Musical.
 A good time was had by all. It was a great way to ring in the Christmas Season.
 
 Every day our kindergarten students are lighting the candles in the Advent Wreath.The students enjoy this job and love to hear from Linus about the true meaning of Christmas.
 
 St. Nicholas came to visit and brought 
                    our students a treat.He had his very helpful elves with him to hand out the candy canes.
 
 For our all School Thanksgiving Massthe 
                    6th Graders were readers and altar servers.
 They did an amazing job.

 Our 8th Graders were fortunate to have Bishop 
                    Wypychbless them the day before they took the high 
                    school entrance exam.
 We are so proud of them and thankful to the Bishop 
                    for taking time out of his busy 
                    schedule
 to give us words of encouragement and a 
                    blessing.
 
 For the last couple of months our School and RE students have been preparingfor their 1st Reconciliation  which took place on December 5th at St. Linus.
 The students worked with their Sacramental buddies and their  teachers to prepare.
 They completed projects, learned  the Act of Contrition and what to do during confession.
