| Our newly confirmed 8th Grade Students delivered ashesto our students and teachers on Ash Wednesday at our School Prayer Service.

 Our 6th Grade Students had a blast playing Hungry Hungry Hippos during gym class. Here is Mrs. McGrane’s homeroom getting in their exercise for the day!
 
 Our 1st Graders have been learning about the string family in music class.As a fun side project, some made their very own string instruments
 with supplies they found around the house!

 We had a full house for our second cooking classas part of our afterschool enrichment classes.
 Three of our parents are the chefs teaching the next generation of chefs.
 
 Congratulations to our 6th Grade Girls’ Volleyball  Teamwho came in first in the Bronze division at a  tournament at Mother McAuley!

 Our 8th Grade Students, Fallon Hunt and Maddie  Bruton were busy  in Science Class!They  worked on an experiment with a chemical reaction  that caused a balloon to inflate!
 
 We celebrated our 8th Grade Girls’ Volleyball Teamwith  our Pack the House Game and Celebration.
 The families came out  to cheer on our Hawks to victory and, 
                    we congratulate them
 and  their parents as they begin to wind down their years here at St.  Linus!

 Mrs. Revis’ Kindergarten Class took a trip over to the churchto complete their lesson on baptism.
 They got to see the baptismal font where many of them were baptized.
 
 During Catholic Schools Week we were treatedto a visit from the Mother McAuley Show Choir!
 The students put on a great show that PreK-8 enjoyed very much.
 
 Our 5th Grade Students completed 10 weeks of the DARE Programwith Detective Katie from the OLPD.
 They had a lovely graduation ceremony followed by a trip to Arena Bowl
 for a fun afternoon of bowling. Thanks Detective Katie and OLPD.
