The 6th Grade Students have been learning about
Mass with Fr. Rocky from Relevant Radio.
They learned all about the Sacristy and the altar.
Fr. Mark gave them a tour of the Sacristy and showed them the altar.
Did you know there is a relic of St. Linus in our altar?

Our 6th Grade Girls’ Volleyball Team took 1st Place
in the St. Alexander’s League
and 2nd Place in the Southside Catholic Conference Tournament.
Way to go girls. Bringing home the hardware!
Fourth Grade is doing a Lent Project.
They will spread some kind words around the surrounding area.
They are painting rocks and writing kind messages on the rocks for others to find.
Our 5th Grade Volleyball Team took 1st Place
in the Southside Catholic Conference Tournament! Congratulations Hawks!
Our 2nd an 3rd Graders went on a field trip to Moraine Valley Theatre
to see a production of “The Jungle Book”. A great time was had by all!
Mrs. Dougherty’s Class ended their ocean unit
with an imaginary field trip to the beach!
They had a great time with sand, water and the sun!
Third graders Elaine Drnovsek, Ronan Cunningham, and Janiece Mugisha
created bean plants in Science Class!
Their goal is to have their plants sprout so they can study their roots!
Kindergarten having fun celebrating St. Patrick’s Day
with their 6th Grade Sacramental Buddies.
On Ash Wednesday our 8th Graders distributed the Ashes during the Prayer Service!
It was a beautiful way for them to begin their journey in the Catholic Church after Confirmation.
