In honor of Memorial Day, a few of our Girl Scouts, Daphne Bradel and Emma O’Shea,
battled the rain to lay flags on the Veterans’ graves.

They joined the Service Unit and the American Legion Color Guard.
Great job girls. Thanks Girl Scouts!

Mrs. Dougherty once again has baby chicks in her room.
They started hatching last week and we ended up with 9 chicks.
The students had a great time watching their progress
and being able to hold them once they were big enough.

Our new Student Government was elected and introduced.
We are so excited to work with them next year.
Good luck and congratulation to
Liam, Adriana, Elle, John, Mila, Mackenzie, Camilla, Brooke, Jane and Diego.

Our Family Mass honored 4th, 5th and Preschool Students.
It was our last Family Mass of the school year and it was great to see so many families at the Mass.
These are the students who were readers and gift bearers. Great job students!

Our Preschool Students had a great time checking out our neighbor’s tree
and the cicadas that have taken up residence on the tree and under the tree.

Thanks teachers and aides for taking them to see the cicadas.

We celebrated our 8th Grade Students during an all School Mass
blessing their ribbons and presenting them to the students.

Here are the students with Fr. Ryan and Ms. Hayes after Mass.
Congratulations 8th grade! We are so proud of you.

The St. Linus Golf Team brought home some hardware.
The Team took second in the league championship and Olivia Alaniz
took 2nd individually and Nia Imala took 3rd individually.
Here are Nia, Maeve Willette, Sarah Mandel, Ella Kokaska, Ava Little, Zoey Wendt and Olivia.
Great job girls!

The Kindergarten Classes just completed a 2 week unit on our Solar system.
Here is Mrs. Revis’ Class in front of their own galaxies with the earth and sun.
Nice job Kindergarten.

We celebrated May Crowning with our 8th Grade Students and 1st Communicants.
It was a beautiful Mass with the Children’s Choir singing.
Thanks to all the families who attended.

We had a Teacher Appreciation Week
and our Student Council treated the teachers to snacks.

They pushed a cart around the school and offered the teachers
a sweet and salty treat as well as a pop or a water.

Our St. Linus Players performed in front of sold out crowds.
Their production of Wizard of Oz was a big hit. They brought down the house.
Here are some of our Players as Munchkins singing Ding Dong the Witch is Dead! Way to go!

We celebrated the Sacrament of First Holy Communion.
It was a beautiful day both inside and outside of church.
Our 2nd graders were well prepared for this most holy day!
